Back when I was making my generic CCS site, I wanted to make little sections to my favorite characters. I never did them. I didn't have enough time.
With time, I became more and more fond of Eriol (or "obsessed" instead of "fond of", whatever you prefer). Somehow, I got reduce at a point where I can honestly say he's my favorite CLAMP male character, and I have tons! (is a bishie whore). I can't really explain my fascination with him, it just appeared, suddenly. I didn't know at the moment, but if it wasn't for him (and Yue, he blew me off), maybe I'd never get hooked with CCS, and consequently with CLAMP. Eriol and Clow are quite more appealing than the regular cast, for some reason.
And without realizing, a lot of usernames, nicknames and accounts for my webstuff contained "Hiragizawa" or "Hiiragizawa". And please, note my domain's URL. Yessss. I know...
So I got into fanlistings. And months later, I find that the former Eriol fanlisting was closed, and I begged applied for it, since I would kill for that fanlisting. So then, Reborn was created.
So, why did I added a shrine inside the fanlisting? I'm not sure. I had a lot of things to share, and I wanted to honour him somehow. Besides, there's a lot of great Eriol shrines out there, but they're quite small and un-updated. Is there a void for Eriol goodness over the Internet? Perhaps not. Nonetheless, I had to do it. I love the kid to pieces, and it's good to share this.
