This is the fanlisting for the crazy little panda from the manga series Fullmetal Alchemist, Xiao Mei. It doesn't appear in the anime version, so don't bother looking for this cutie there ^_~

Xiao Mei is Mei Chan's companion in her journey to Amestris. It imitates the facial expressions of its mistress, and protects her from others' harm with its powerful teeth. It has a strong personality, holds grudges to people who insulted or annoyed it, and also believes it's at the top of the food chain XD

1.- You must be a Xiao Mei fan (duh! ^^U)
2.- You must give a valid e-mail address and your country. If you don't do that, I won't list you.
3.- You DON'T have to have a website. Anybody can join!
4.- If you DO have one, you gotta link us back (hehe). Put up the code before you join, because I'll check it (make it easy to find, like on the index, main, joined page or something like that). No porn or hate sites >_< If your site is about that kind of crap or doesn't have the code up, you'll still be on the members list, don't worry, but I won't put your site URL.
