A fanlisting is a place for all fans of a particular show, movie, actor/actress, singer, etc. to come together and build the biggest listing of people from all around the world who are fans of that subject.
The title comes from me playing with several words. Tides are always linked to the lunar attraction towards the Earth, and the whole character of Kaho plays a lot with lunar powers and its influx. The hope part is because I think, and I guess that's an unpopular opinion in the fandom, that Kaho is a positive presence in the plot. Sure, she's mysterious, and probably you won't agree with her love life I, for one, think the lady has a darn good taste in men, but I digress. However, her mission is positive, and she looks at the future with optimism and knowing that while certain events are inevitable, it's going to turn out fine. Without her delivery, the Final Judgment would've happened in a different path, but the deus ex machina was -let's trust Clow's cheating ass- for the best in the end.
